Affirmation - I Succeed My Own Way




I am true to myself. I honor my needs and joyfully pursue my passions.

I figure out my priorities. I explore my divinely inspired purpose. I make decisions that align with my values. I set specific and compelling goals that empower me. I manage my time and limit distractions.

 

I trust my instincts. I listen to my inner voice/spirit and validate my feelings.

 

I build my confidence. I face my fears and take worthwhile risks. I live according to my own standards instead of comparing myself to others. I eagerly seek out new opportunities and experiences. I take deep breaths and stand tall.

 

I keep myself strong and fit. I protect my mental health by managing stress and developing mutually supportive relationships. I eat nutritious foods and exercise regularly.

 

I overcome obstacles, increase my motivation and willpower, plan ahead, and ask for help when I need it. I adopt a growth mindset--belief system- the belief that my abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. This mindset helps me learn from experience and see challenges as opportunities for growth.

 

I embrace change. I am patient and flexible. I accept losses and transitions as a natural part of life. My mind is open to new ideas and perspectives. I am innovative and creative.

 

I have fun along the way. I do things I enjoy, like painting, hiking, or reading a good book. I take refreshing breaks, such as a short walk or a meditation session. I spend time with family and friends, nurturing those relationships.

 

I cultivate gratitude, often by keeping a gratitude journal.


Today, I follow my heart. I am genuine and authentic. I love and accept myself. I am excited about my potential and confident in my abilities. I design a life that is satisfying and fulfilling for me.
