Affirmation - Freedom Guides My Heart

Amidst the chaos of the world, I stand resolute in my personal freedom. I cling to my rights as a human being, a birthright as a child of God that no force can strip away. This profound sense of personal freedom not only shields me but also fuels my empowerment.

I recall the invigorating sensation of voicing my truth, of being unshackled, and of feeling secure in my own skin.

I distance myself from any media that breeds fear. I refuse to let technology dictate my life. I release any television or internet content that jeopardizes my mental and physical well-being, thereby finding peace and reassurance.

I feel a deep sense of security as I immerse myself in my faith and Nature. And as I heed my inner guidance, I feel a growing strength and confidence.

Choosing to be in the company of like-minded individuals who share my beliefs and values fills me with courage and determination. These individuals not only validate my beliefs but also challenge me to grow and evolve. They are my support system, my sounding board, and my inspiration.

I unplug from the agenda of anyone who doesn’t have my best interests at heart. This could be a person, a group, or even a societal norm that doesn't align with my values or hinder my personal growth. I choose to focus on what truly matters to me and serves my well-being.

I use my innate wisdom to know if what they say is for my highest good or if there is a hidden motive behind it. I trust my inner guidance.

I maintain good physical health through exercise and healthy eating habits. I also get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of fresh water. I am truly blessed to be free to take good care of my body and mind.

I trust my gut instincts, the whisper of the Holy Spirit. I know my body, and Spirit knows what is best for me, always telling the truth. I listen attentively to my wise heart. I am grateful to be free.
